As South Africa commemorates Youth Day on June 16, we honour the bravery and resilience of the young people who fought against the injustices of the past. Inspired by their legacy, ROMPCO is proud to host a dynamic career exhibition in Guijá and Chokwe, Mozambique, from June 16 to 20, 2025. With Field Ready as a facilitator of skills, we are providing a platform for 100 young individuals to acquire valuable skills and insights into various career paths.

The EXPO features a diverse range of companies showcasing their industries, offering our youth a glimpse into the vast opportunities available. This initiative is more than just a one-time event – it is a stepping stone towards a brighter future. We are committed to an ongoing process of learning, job placement, and mentorship, ensuring our youth are equipped to succeed. 

As part of our Keep A Child in School campaign, we are also distributing dignity and hygiene packs to over 4,000 learners in Guijá. This initiative underscores our dedication to supporting education and promoting the well-being of our community. We are grateful to Field Ready, the District Government of Guijá and Chokwe, and our team members for their tireless efforts in making this event a success.
